Up, up and Away-Day!
Griffiths & Armour hosts an energising team event, with a focus on client service and quality.
Two days away from our busy offices to focus on client service and culture proved to be a huge success when the Griffiths & Armour Insurance Brokers team travelled to Peckforton Castle in May.
The team came together to celebrate our business culture and contribute to a wide-ranging discussion on how we will continue to deliver on our core values as we look to the future, putting the client at the heart of all we do.
Picturesque Peckforton Castle provided the perfect backdrop for the team to share, discuss and plan for 2024 and beyond.
From embracing hybrid working, which enables our teams more flexibility to focus on our clients’ needs, to utilising new and enhanced technology supporting our meetings across the UK and internationally, the Away Days were an invaluable opportunity for the entire division to come together for two days of collaboration and inspiration.

The event was rounded-off with a range of team building activities. After a spot of archery and a spin on a segway through the woods, it was time to return to the office, with a refreshed vision and a clear direction for a collaborative and client-focused future.
