Griffiths & Armour provides bespoke insurance for Salboy’s Viadux Phase 1

Griffiths & Armour is proud to have placed the construction insurances for Viadux Phase 1, a landmark project in the heart of Manchester by Salboy.

The development is a testament to Manchester’s evolving skyline and ambition, Viadux is a 40-storey residential tower that seamlessly blends luxury, functionality, and sustainability.

Viadux Phase 1 is situated near the city’s historic railway arches and reflects Salboy’s commitment to delivering high-quality developments. The scheme is designed to complement Manchester’s rich architectural heritage while embracing a modern aesthetic.

Our role in the project

Griffiths & Armour worked closely with the project management team at Artal to ensure a seamless insurance placement process for this complex project above the historical viaducts. With developments of this scale, ensuring robust and comprehensive insurance coverage is critical to mitigating risks and supporting the smooth progression of construction. Our expertise in placing large-scale, high-profile projects ensured that Salboy’s requirements were fully addressed.
