BIBA hosts first Young Broker Knowledge Day
As part of our ongoing relationship with The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA), we were pleased to be involved with BIBA’s first Young Broker Knowledge Day.
Griffiths & Armour Private Clients Broker Ellie Turner serves as Young Broker Ambassador for Merseyside and co-hosted the event alongside her fellow Young Broker Ambassadors for Greater Manchester and Yorkshire, Joanna Vickers and Tia Howard.
The event was held at Clyde & Co’s Manchester office and consisted of presentations on diverse topics including creating and maintaining powerful connections, building resilience to future proof mental health and wellbeing, and the insurance provisions required for today’s risks expertly delivered by Premium Credit, MHIB and Aviva.
Ellie said of the event:
“It was an honour and a pleasure co-hosting and co-organising BIBA’s first Young Broker Knowledge Day. I am grateful to Griffiths & Armour for supporting me in my continuing role as Young Broker Ambassador for Merseyside and for the support for this event. I am very proud of our achievements and had the most amazing and productive day”.
The day was received well by all attendees and encouraged building relationships between working colleagues, peers and new connections to further strengthen thriving insurance relationships in the Northern Regions.
