Glovebox is a secure, mobile-accessible platform that allows Fleet Managers to share essential documents directly with drivers. It provides a single, reliable point of access for critical fleet information. Key features include:
- Central hub for fleet policies, driver handbooks, procedures, insurance details and forms.
- User-friendly access to key contacts, such as in relation to accident reporting, repairs, maintenance, etc.
- Mobile-ready access for drivers via the RMworks app available for both iOS and Android devices.
- Driver confirmation of understanding/compliance.
By improving document availability and enhancing communication channels, Glovebox supports stronger fleet compliance and safety.
Risk Insights: Regular, Practical Risk Management Updates
The new Risk Insights service delivers regular updates to help clients stay informed about emerging risks and good practice across multiple disciplines. The service is designed to complement the existing Risk Directory service, which provides guidance in 60+ risk topics. Risk Insights enhances risk management awareness and helps organisations maintain robust internal controls.
