We are based in Sydney, but have clients across Australia, whom we regularly visit, both to ensure they are up to date with issues of the day and to provide on-site training of their staff.
Our role is more than just arranging your insurance programme - that is a small, although very important part of what we do.
We seek to obtain a thorough understanding of a practice's business, identify the associated risks and develop long-term relationships with our clients.
We partner with a small number of insurers, all of which have given their long-term backing to our very broad bespoke policy, which reflects our aims and objectives.
To assist our clients on a day to day basis, we provide a complete review facility for professional services contracts and ongoing claims management, both of which are highly valued by our clients.
We are also able to cater for all your general insurance needs, which therefore allows us to dovetail the various elements of your insurance programme to maximise cover and minimise cost.
